All items are carefully handmade and packaged with care before shipping.

Ready-to-ship items will be processed and mailed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

For personalized items, processing time may vary slightly depending on customization details and my current order load. The estimated processing time will always be listed in the item description. I will be in touch with any updates to the expected shipping date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number through Etsy so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I am unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send a message with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In these cases, I will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in their original condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
